New Bracelet - Vintage Style Washi Bracelet

Thought I'd share a weekend experiment trying to make a "vintage" looking bracelet with washi beads. The first experimental prototype took about 2 and half hours to design and actually create, the second took only 35 minutes (and I'm sure for those that are more used to making final pieces, it would take a lot less time- I may be a 7-year veteran bead maker, but I'm still a beginner when it comes to jewelry design).

Materials:

I used Vintaj Brass findings (including eye/head pins, jump rings and clasp) and Vintaj Turtle Charms because they are manufactured in an eco-friendly way and are both, lead-free and nickel-free.

I used 10mm Washi Beads in 'Blossoms on Brown and Gold' Washi Pattern, and a variety of other brass beads. The red beads are 3mm Coral Beads- they were the only beads in the shop that best matched the red in the Washi Pattern (and I spent an hour in the store looking for the right shade of red). For the most part I tried to keep the color family within the colors in the washi pattern

The seed bead dangles are 6/0 'Brown Iris' Seed Beads. I tried a variety of different beads and lengths for the dangles, but I found that the 6/0 Brown Iris Beads were my personal preference... I'm not big on a lot of long dangles and because I was using so much metal I wanted to keep a little bit of 'lightness' to the piece.
